Dan Goodwin

Dan has been a long time student under Cassio and attained his Black Belt in 2010. Dan teaches Adults and Junior.

Toby Staley

Toby Staley is well known in the greater Sacramento are for his detailed instruction. Toby has built a very successful kids Jiu Jitsu program.

Mark Kamizaki

Mark received his Black Belt under Cassio Werneck in 2016 and currently instructs No-Gi classes for adults. He teaches at the Loomis location (MatTime).

Darren Figgins

Darren is a black belt under Cassio Werneck and operates the Roseville location. Darren enjoys the outdoors and is a true family man. His goal is to open up Jiu Jitsu to families in the greater Roseville area.
