Cassio takes home the Gold after defeating Marcel Louzada 6-0 in a stunning victory on his way to becoming World Champion!Welcome to Cassio Werneck's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu website. Our purpose is to provide all the information your need to know about our school.  You can find directions to our school, class schedules, instructor bios, information about upcoming events, video tutorials and much more.

The premier Jiu Jitsu training facility in Northern California, Cassio’s students come from all around the Sacramento area to receive world class training - from Roseville, Davis, Rocklin as well as Folsom, Citrus Heights and Granite Bay.

2009 American Cup

Congratulations to all the competitors and thanks to all the friends and family that went out to Los Gatos last weekend for the 2009 Americas Cup.

There were a lot of good fights, and after it was all said and done Marcos and Gus took second in their respective divisions and Davin took first in his.

Congrats again everyone!

Jr. Jiu-Jitsu Schedule Change

Our Jr. Jiu-Jitsu classes have a new start time. We're moving the start time forward five minutes giving the little guys a few extra minutes. The classes are still Monday, Wednesday, and Friday but now start at 4:55 PM.
