Cassio takes home the Gold after defeating Marcel Louzada 6-0 in a stunning victory on his way to becoming World Champion!Welcome to Cassio Werneck's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu website. The premier Jiu Jitsu training facility in Northern California, Cassio’s students come from all around the Sacramento area to receive world class training - including Roseville, Davis, Rocklin as well as Folsom, Citrus Heights, Granite Bay, Elk Grove, and South Sacramento.

Pan Am 2010

Congratulations to everyone that went down to Southern California last weekend to compete or support the competitors in the 2010 Pan American Championships.

Cassio and Jordan both won gold in their divisions, and Caitlin took home a bronze as well. Great job!

One more bit of recognition. This is Jordan's 2nd gold in a row! Back to back Pan American Champion, check out the hardware.
