Jr. Jiu-Jitsu Schedule Change |

Our Jr. Jiu-Jitsu classes have a new start time. We're moving the start time forward five minutes giving the little guys a few extra minutes. The classes are still Monday, Wednesday, and Friday but now start at 4:55 PM.

2009 Pan American Championships |

Last weekend the 2009 Pan American Championships were held again in southern California. The event had a record turn out, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu continues to grow.
Congratulations to Jordan Robinson for taking the title in Masters 2 Medium Purple.
Great job Jordan, and great job to everyone who went down there to support and compete.

Someone had been breaking the windows to our school For the past few weeks. They struck late at night and oddly enough never stole anything. Our students decided it had gone on long enough and staked out our location.
Through the hard work of some dedicated people he was caught in the act. The reason he was breaking our windows, he was a window repair man trying to drum up business. This story was aired on a number of local and national media outlets. Great job everyone!

No gi night classes are back on Mon and Wed |

Night time no gi classes have started up again. They are held Mon and Wed at 7:30 pm. Come out and train. No gi is a great way to sharpen your jiu jitsu and get more mat time.

Many of you will be excited to hear that no gi classes are back. Classes are held 11AM Tuesdays and Thursdays.
