Cassio takes home the Gold after defeating Marcel Louzada 6-0 in a stunning victory on his way to becoming World Champion!Welcome to Cassio Werneck's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu website. Our purpose is to provide all the information your need to know about our school.  You can find directions to our school, class schedules, instructor bios, information about upcoming events, video tutorials and much more.

The premier Jiu Jitsu training facility in Northern California, Cassio’s students come from all around the Sacramento area to receive world class training - from Roseville, Davis, Rocklin as well as Folsom, Citrus Heights and Granite Bay.

2008 Pan American Tournament

Last week was the 2008 Pan American Championships in Long Beach CA. We had a good sized group head down there and when it was all done we walked away with a number of medals, wins, and good times. If you missed it hopefully you can make it next year, or better yet make it down there for Worlds!

Huge Congratulations to all the competitors for making the trek down there, and thanks to everyone that came to lend their support. Be sure to check the Forums for videos of many of the matches.
